Title: Need help to receive camera profile Post by: Don on April 02, 2010, 02:06:59 PM If anyone reads this that can help I would appreciate it. I purchased a camera profile on Mar 27 and did not receive an attachment with the file. Sent Mike a request for another one to mchaney@ddisoftware.com on Mar 31 and have not had a reply. I paid for the profile which I would like to use. Thanks!

Just check that your e-mail provider is not blocking items from Mike and treating them as spam. Have you access to a "spam" folder on the mail server, if so check there. Don I emailed you the profile twice and also a simple text message the second time telling you I resent it. Something is obviously wrong with your email.
