Title: Preview files sent to printer hard disk?
Post by: Curtis Miller on October 20, 2010, 04:08:40 PM
I've been having problems with rectangular sections of images failing to print. It's always the last few sections of a big and therefore expensive image to print. Is there any way for me to check to see if the entire image has rendered before I send it to the printer?

I want to be able to use the maximum quality setting that will print correctly. If I can't preview the image in any way then it's very expensive!

Does your printer not have a "Preview" capability?  On all my Epsons, there is/was a "Print Preview" check box.

Please read this article.  http://ddisoftware.com/tech/articles/august-2006-enable-advanced-printing-features/msg31/#msg31

Pay particular attention to

EMF: "Enable Advanced Printing Features" ON

EMF: "Enable Advanced Printing Features" OFF

This should fix you up.
What brand/model printer?
