Title: Qimage Installation folders
Post by: justrollo on January 10, 2010, 02:42:11 PM
I seem to remember that when I installed Qimage there was a question about where I wanted to install some preferences folders. I have several disks on my system and chose a location other than the default. For a number of reasons to do with dual boot and Itunes migration I have renamed and changed the drive letter for that partition. Qimage can't find that original folder, which I accept, but how do I point Q image at the new drive letter to find that folder?

Thanks

There is a registry key pointing to the directory.
It is under HIGH_CURRENT_USER | Software | ddisoftware | AppFolder

Editing these keys is not recommended by Mike.
But if you know what you are doing in the registry, it might work.
Take a backup of the registry before.
