Hi Mike,

Approximately 80% of the time, exiting Qimage (v2009.263) causes it to go into a loop, chewing up over 50% CPU, at which point I have to kill it via task manager (this is on Vista Business 32-bit).  I have captured some evidence using Process Monitor:

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896645.aspx

and have attached the log to this post.  For some reason, Qimage is really, really interested in \Windows\System32\BtMmHook.dll ...

Hope the log helps!

Alan.

See http://www.file.net/process/btmmhook.dll.html

Since Qimage has no interest or connection with that process, it is much more likely that btmmhook.dll is really, really interested in Qimage!

Yeah, I was wondering why Qimage would be the slightest bit interested in Bluetooth!

I need to figure out what's changed here - the WIDCOMM Bluetooth software and drivers have not been updated on this machine in over a year...
