Hi,
I am having a hard time printing custom sizes with Qimage One. I am trying to print 18 x 12 (or 12 x 18), and have selected that size and entered it in the custom tray. I check my printer settings and they are also set to Qimage custom. But I only get a smaller picture printed within the 18 x 12 page? I am missing something here. Shoudl I enter the custom size under All Sizes or under Filtered Sizes? Any ideas of how to get it to print the full size?

First of all some information.
What printer?
Are you on a Mac or PC?
I only have Qimage ONE for PC, so if you are running Q-1 for Mac, I'll yell for Mike or Andrew.
In my Q-1, there is no custom size selection, so will have to wait for your reply.
