Here I am again with a new computer and can't get on Qimage.  My codes are from Dec. 2007 as I have been a member for many years, but I can't get on.  Please tell me what I need to do to get back my Qimage as I miss it every day and have hundreds of new photos since all my troubles begin - first with a move and then May 13th my apartment got hit by lightening and fried my computer.  Now I have a new one and Dell GAVE me McAfee which I can tell you already that I do not like - it puts all my Qimage mail in SPAM.

Please help me get back on Qimage, Qstudio, etc.

Thanks,
Sara Gillmann

I'm not sure exactly where you are having a problem: whether you can't download it, it won't install, it will install but you can't unlock it, etc..  The easiest way to ensure you can always get Qimage is to do what the registration email asks: save or print that email.  With that email, you have full instructions on how to install Qimage from scratch, even if you have a new computer.  Even if you need a new unlock code (because the one you have is too old), you can just go to "Support" from the Qimage homepage and then click "Request Updated Unlock Code" and you'll have everything you need to request a new registration email: it's all in that email you saved/printed.
