I have supplied some pictures of an event on fifteen A3 sheets of proper inkjet paper.

I save the fifteen pages as a 'session' mainly in case my printer ceased up and I needed to re-start.

I could have file numbered each frame but that would have made it look as if I was soliciting orders.

The event organiser tells me that she will be asking for some frames to be reprinted - but how does she tell me which ones she means without giving me back the originals.

If I could replicate the fifteen sheets on fifteen A4's I could print those up on plain paper and she could mark them up. Or I could then photograph the fifteen A4 sheets and put them on a web folder and we could talk through the order on the phone.

Snag is if I simply alter the paper size in Qimage it will keep my prints the same size - on thirty sheets of paper.

Can anyone come up with a way that would work, please?

Won't your A4 sheets end up with the prints in different positions to where they were on the A3's ?

Isn't that the name of the game?  
A couple of ideas.
Use print to file for each the pages and re-print fitted onto A4 pages.
Or
Print to a pdf with the A3 paper size.
Reprint the A3 pdf to a new pdf with A4 paper & fit to margins set.
The advantage of a pdf is that you can e-mail it and the recipient can easily open and print it.

I use Tracker software PDF Xchange Lite which is free to non-commercial users, you'd have to pay. However PDF Creator is free to anyone as it's Open Source.

It would be much easier to give the images on the A3 page a reference number
