Qimage Ultimate and you do the print sizing. So paper sizing using roll paper, can be done easily by setting User Defines page size to 20.5 wide and 16.5 long...... Assuming a 24" roll ...... or just select roll paper, and select page size of 16 x 20. See screen snaps 007 and 008. For print size, see screen snap 009. Also see 010... 010 shows the auto crop scissor being "ON" with blue in the scissors. (That ensures the print will really be 16 x 20.) Open Print Properties, and click on 16 x 20. That will give you a 16 x 20 print Hope this helps.
