In the meantime, here are a few items to check that might get us fixed right away. 1) Check the driver settings to see if you accidentally checked something called SCALING or ENLARGE or some terminology along those lines. 2) Check to see if you have any + border turned on. 3) What print size is reported in the queue in Qimage? That report is found in the lower left area called the View Print Queue. Also, please tell us specifically the size you want to print and the actual size of the print. I would say, Turn off the borderless. You didn't say what size paper you were using. You did say you print 5 x 7 and 8 x 10. If you print 5 x 7 on 8.5 x 11 paper or even 8 x 10 on 8.5 x 11 paper with borderless turned on, the print will expand. If you look at the Res Max, lower right of the screen, it should read 720 ppi Fred Title: Re: Slightly bigger picture when printing Post by: ohfrankyboy on May 10, 2010, 05:46:23 AM Sorry I use 8,5 x 11, okay ive turn off borderless, and for the Res Max I have print at 741 PPI, and ive printed to test and I still get slightly bigger prints.

Frank, The telltale clue is the 741 ppi. If that says 741, the Borderless is still turned on. Please recheck the driver to see that the checkmark has been deleted from BORDERLESS. As soon as you OK yourself out of the driver dialogue box, Qimage will show 720 ppi in that box, and then it will be set right. See screen snap of the dialogue box where I colored the Borderless box in red so you can easily find it.
