I have a 9600 and a 4880.  I have found switching between the two printers to be a little cumbersome.  Can I install Qimage twice on the same computer.  So that If I click on one icon, Qimage configured for the 9600 opens up, and if I click on the other icon then Qimage configured for the 4880 opens up?  I do not need them to run at the same time, if that matters.

Any tips on how to do this?

How are you doing this at present?
The best way from within Qimage is to have saved Print Set-Ups and Recall as required.
Not only can you have a Set-Up for each printer, but all the variations for a printer, paper size, paper type etc. etc. can be saved.
See attached for a section of my list, it included Print to File items.
