Those images are created in an advanced editor I would think, not by a printing process. Create the image and QU will print it.
A simple & cheap way of creating a collage like that on your link would be to use Microsoft Auto Collage but getting the badge in the middle may be tricky. It is "AUTO" collage with some control of where images end up within the frame.

Here is a sample

No need to start a new Job.
Retrieve the Job if it has been cleared.
Open the Page Editor
Right click on the little dot adjacent to the text and the floating text box will open.
Edit the test as required.

Hello

   I have three other questions.

1. When I add the floating text, how do you preview it? I click preview but it only shows the image with the text.

2. Is the a way to get different colors of font? I have maybe 8 colors available.

3. Can qimage open PNG files?

Thanks

Hi Rodney.
I don't understand question 1.
The floating text previews in the Page Editor as well as the large preview panel on the main screen.
What are you looking for?
If you want to preview in your print preview screen of the print driver, you have to add a step.

Question 2
If I click on Color in the Floating text box, I get 48 color choices, plus a slider for infinite shades and mixes of color; plus if you select EYE DROPPER mode, you can click on any color in the image itself.

Question 3
Yes, PNG opens

Hope this works.

Ok
I found the colors. Is there a way to add new fonts. I want to add ambassador font.

 On question 1

When I double click the image in edit screen with the floating text added. It gives me full screen but no text. That is where I was asking about.

Floating Text is an attribute of a print. Think of it as if it was a border you added. You add the border to the print.
That's why you only see it in the Print Preview screens like Page Editor and Preview panel.
The Image Editor is to edit images.

Not all fonts are usable for scaling in floating text. I show about 150 fonts in that font selection box. Many are so similar to other fonts that I can always find something that looks really good.
I am not familiar with Ambassador... I don't know if it's a fixed size or how it's made.
So I really don't know how to make it appear. (I assume you have it in your FONTS in the Control Panel?

If you wish to embed the floating text into the image, you can add a step. Print to File

Where is the control panel?
And how do you add a step?

The Control Panel is part of Windows. Check your start button.

Add a step was the Print to File that I mentioned. This will embed the text into image.
Click FILE, and PRINT TO, and select FILE
When the box opens, set your page size and resolution. Use a dot in the WEB selection for now.
Put your image with the text in the queue, and make a print as if you were printing to paper.
Qimage will make a new image for you with the text embedded in it.
Snap 108 shows you teh box where you set the size and resolution.
Snap 109 shows you the NEW Thumbnail of the new image with the text embedded .
Snap 110 shows the image in the Image Editor with the text showing, proving it is now part of the image.

It seems that you have so many image issues. So why not add an image process plugin? You can use it to operate image issues.Such as
print,edit images.
