Hi.
I have been printing succesfully with Ultimate since it came out but I have just developed a problem since yesterday that has occured on a couple of images.
let me give the background to my images which have been processed as i always do. Retouch in PhotoSho in 16bitp using layers. Flatten image, convert to 8bit and send to Qimage for printing. No problems.
The two .psd images that I am having trouble with somehow seem to be remembering a mask that I used whilst retoucing the image and somehow only showing that mask and it's content, the rest of the image being solid black. Even though this image was flattened. So i threw the image back to PS Opened it and made sure it was a flat image and it. Back in Qimage I still have the same problem. I even tried saving as a .tif and still the problem ocurred.
Can anyone tell me what is happening?
I am trying to insert an image of the screen shot here but it won't Paste into the Insert Image brackets...help!
