v2009.261     06/17/09

Priority: Low

v2009.261 fixes a bug that was causing the thumbnail area to appear blank/white after selecting a new folder.

Just confirm that it does indeed fix it. Thanks Mike, super responsive as ever.

Huh? Mine disappeared! I wasn't getting the thumbs since version .250 (I think) but now the template icon disappears too.

You might want to check your video driver to make sure you have the latest.  Since you are the only one having a problem with 261, it might be something local to your PC.  Also try "Help", "Reset all program settings" in Qimage to see if that fixes it: in case there is some corruption in the Qimage settings.

It's the same folder I use for CS3 with no issues.  Huh? Huh? Huh? I'll try resetting the Qimage again.

Well the template icon doesn't disappear anymore. Files that come from cameras show up, but not all, and none of the files from my scanner that have been stitched in CS3 will show up but scanned files that weren't stitched do but not all. Whether the file is 8 bit or 16 doen't make any difference. All of the folder names are in the folder section. I tried all of those short cut buttons about thumb building etc with no success. The "Explore" button does show the files but it's no different that bringing up the file from the Folder in Mac when I drag and drop. The video driver should be "up to date" since this is a Mac Book Pro 10.5 running Parrallels for Qimage less than 6 months old. Everything was fine until the holding place for Qimage was changed (whatever that means) at version .250 I think.

Might be easy for me to blame it on a Mac compatibility issue, but before I do that, have you taken a look at all the files that do NOT show up?  There must be some commonality among them.

At first glance I would say that they are larger than 100mb. But I do have files that are smaller that don't show up either.  There has to be some sort of "hand shake" issue but I'm not "geek" enough to see it. I am able to get around it through drag and drop but I would like it better to see all the files opened in the thumbs section so that I just need to double click. That's a pretty handy feature. Oh well, I'm not out of business that's the main thing.
