We use Qimage for our packages that contain wallets. We also have a wallet cutter to cut them with.
the challenge is, when we print 4 across on an 8x10, they are not distributed evenly, so we can't use our 4-across die cutter.
Are there any setting we should look at?
We have chosen to preview before printing, and even the preview shows that the wallets are off a little bit. So, we have to cut the strip in two to use our cutter, a big hiccup in our workflow...
The "Live view" seems to be fine, it's just when we go to print do we have the issue.
HELP.....

The easies way would be to make a template, save it, and recall it.
You didn't mention the size of each print so I cannot repeat it here.
Basically, go to the last thumb of the folder which is a Template. Set the size of your print, and add the thumbnail 4 times to simulate your 4 prints.
Now go into Page Editor and place them manually using either CTRL ARROW or using the Size Location tab, move the templates manually by selecting which one needs moving and type in the change.
When you are happy, we will save the template with a unique name

The quickest way to help would be to post a screenshot of (or a link to a screenshot of) the Qimage main window showing the live view and all settings and also the print preview that shows how it is different from the live view.  I'm not able to conceptualize what you mean by "not distributed evenly" or "off a little" unless we can see what you are seeing.  Often we will notice something about the setup or a clue in how they are actually distributed on the page/preview.

The wallet size is the standard 2.5 x 3.5
I'm using the Epson Stylus Pro 4900 printer
And yes, the borderless option is turned on .
Patrick
You seem too be posting in two areas with the same problem.
I did some extensive running of the problem. The 4900 driver insists on turning in SCALING when you invoke borderless.
It causes the print to change size.
Turn off borderless and uncheck scaling in the next tab.
See screen snaps.
030 is clean and nothing cut off. Borderless off
031 Borderless on.... chopped off.

You can; you just have to understand the limitations of printing borderless.  Those are covered in the other thread.  I'm closing this thread so we can have one place to talk about this (in the Qimage Ultimate forum).  Please see:

Patrick,
I can print 2.50 x 3.50 (wallet size) that are borderless, without invoking borderless. See snap attached.
With that old printer, the driver is "SCALING" Changing the size Of the prints when you use borderless.
So I ask myself . Why does he need borderless? I make 4 wallets using compact placement without borderless, and I get what I think you want?Huh? It does not chop off anything
