Hi Michael,
It is quite easy to obtain your new information - all explained in the Request Download Password and Updated Unlock Information page. I had to do that a year or two back. If you've lost the original references, it is explained that you need to re-register. It is obviously the users fault if they change their email address, or don't keep records of passwords, etc. If you have to re-register, then there has to be a manual validation search through historic data to find if it is a genuine user with a valid request, or if it is someone trying to get a virtually free copy of the software by fraudulent methods. There is a small fee for that search, since, after all it is the user's fault that they have not kept adequate records, and it takes time to recover the information.
You may have to wait a few days for a response, but what is the panic? It appears it hasn't been used much since 2007.
If Mike has said that he has replied to your emails, then that is certainly what he has done. However, proof of posting is not proof of delivery, and it is likely that it has got lost on the way.
fwiw, when I was supplying customers via email some years ago, I would not deal with some folk with Yahoo or Hotmail and others, by association I found them to be untrustworthy
. In fact I'd put it more politely on my website by saying 'Due to increased level of spam we have installed some message filters, so if you email us from AOL, Excite, Yahoo or Hotmail, then we will never see your email.'
Anyway, If you can't get two way communication via email, you could try the old fashioned way via post, I guess.
Best wishes,
Ray
