I have tried emailing as directed byt the site, but I still have had no contact with anyone.

Hi Guy,

Sorry for the delay.  I saw your message here and checked my spam messages and
your message was in my spam box, apparently because it had a blank subject and didn't
mention the software (TT Dyno).  We did send the email on Sep 1 but apparently that email
didn't go through so I just resent it.  Hopefully you will receive the resend without issue.

They are sent within 24 hours.  You should have the email now.

No email, I have sent a few emails to your email, I even tried sending from my Gmail account just in case it was because I use a @mail.com account

I had to change your email address to your gmail address and send there: you'll get the email there.  Your email at mail.com was bouncing messages with "Reject due to policy restrictions".
