Is there a way to create a HP/Torque vs RPM spread sheet from the program?

Yes.  You can simply click/drag to select all the text in the textual output box (lower right of main window).  Once selected, Ctrl-C to copy the text.  You can then Ctrl-V (paste) into Excel or your favorite spreadsheet program.

Sure.  You'll get everything in that little scrolling box bottom right.  Car data.  Test conditions.  HP/TQ.  Etc.
