Who can I talk to about ordering the profiling product. I ordered through Paypal. They
aren't showing anything wrong, but nothing has arrived. I'll re-order if something is
fouled up, but don't know what to do. Emails go unanswered, so maybe I have the
wrong address???

We have no pending orders: everything has already gone out.  I need more info though.  All I have is "Gary".  Can you send the details of who you are and when you ordered?  I have gotten no inquiries, so have you been sending to mchaney@ddisoftware.com?  If so, your messages are not getting sent or your mail server may be blacklisted due to spam.  Try sending to me via another email address: a gmail address for example.
