Your password and instructions etc are emailed to you.
Any chance it went to SPAM? Can you check?

In the meantime, Mike will check on this end to see if it got returned for some reason.
Is the email address you used in the purchase, the same one you use on the forum here?
 How was it paid?   Credit card, Paypal, etc?
... and When was the order placed?
Nothing to worry about..

I've taken care of it.  For some reason, the PayPal notification came in with corruption in the notification message so the registration didn't go out automatically.  I was able to correct the problem and you should have it now.
