I placed an order for profile prism on 7/19/14 and received confirmation on 7/22/14 and still have not received, as of 7/3/14 4:50p

Please let me know what is going on.

It might be a good idea to email ddisoftware.com with your name and address, and perhaps a corrected date on which you placed the order to enable them to find it.

I emailed as suggested, to the address listed with my name, email and order information.  No response as of 7/8/14.
