Bought a "Qimage Ultimate Registration Renewal" back in June. So far, I didn't receive any link to a download, license, or anything. None of my emails to mchaney(at)ddisoftware was responded to. Granted, my email had changed since the original purchase, but I did follow the suggested process to note the change. I am posting here as the last resort - hope it's allowed/appropriate. TIA.

Most of the time, the issue is that the email with the renewed password went to your Spam or Junk folder.
It might have been deleted by your email client.
Is this the email address that you used to sign up with Qimage?   alinoyan@outlook.com

The emails need to match.
Please create an email with the registered email address, the registered name, and how you paid.

Please send it to Mike at mchaney@ddisoftware.com.....since the automated seems not to work, please send it to me too, and I will see that Mike gets the info immediately.
