I am trying to download the latest update.  I can log in to the website with my password, but when I try to use the same password to download the updates it will not let me authenticate.

Is there and issue with the update authorization process?

The update page is working normally.  Make sure you use the username and password in the update email after you click on the web page link: type those in because some auto-fill functions (browser password auto-fill, RoboForm, etc.) may interfere.  Also make sure your email program has not modified the link: the link should end with "2021.105" or "2021.105p".  If there are extra characters after that, your email program might have butchered the link.

My mistake.  I was entering my userid and password. I should have been entering Qimage and the password.....duh.
