So sorry to hear that Fred has passed on. He is in a better place now no doubt with his good wife talking over good times.
He was one of the good guys and he will be sadly missed.
May he rest in peace

Hi Mike,
Sorry about the confusion.
I have a print on a single page which I wish to insert between pages 6 and 7 of a job.
When i drag the image from 'On Deck' to the  to the left edge of page 6, it simply replace the image on page 6.
I must be doing something wrong. Cn you figure it out for me.
Regards
Bill

Hi Mike,
This topic i.e. page order is of particular interest to me as I wish to move forward a page in a current job comprising 15 pages to a new location.
I have followed your suggestion on selecting the prints and placing them ‘On Deck’.
I am now at a standstill as I don’t know how to bring them onto the new location in the job..
Can you help me please?

Hi Mike,
I have found a work around where on the fly I can quickly edit the print info. When i right click "I" on the thumb, i gain access to the thumb drop down menu and und under operations, i choose rename.

I find feature very convenient and it avoids having to add an annotation or a floating text, and more importantly it only changes the file name and leave the rest of the print info in tact.

On occasion I too would like to print some images faster. I have followed your guidance but fail to see where exactly I can unclick max resolution and still use 720ppi?

When I click on the File icon on menu bar, all I get is recall. I no longer see options for selecting either images or folders from my desktop. I recently upgraded to windows 11 and I wonder whether this could be the cause.
If I were to reinstall Qimage Ultimate, would this clear the problem?

Hi Fred,
I have taken your advice and ignored the Gamut Warnings.
I have taken a jpeg image straight from camera and compared it to edits made to its corresponding Raw file and printed all three. The difference is negligible.
I shall use Gamut in future for reference purposes only.

While writing the above , i was alerted to Mike's reply. Thanks Mike for explaining the thinking behind the Gamut CHECK. I shall use it sparingly in future, if not at all and only then when I want to check how a particular edit looks.

Thanks for putting me straight on this issue.

Thanks Guys for your input. its appreciated.

A question for Fred. You mentioned colorimetric. I don't see it listed in Qimage for rendering intent!

Another complication, some images which I imported today, came into Qimage as in grayscale. I just don't understand this.

Just for the record, I downloaded the same images into Photoshop and in the print module no gamut warnings were displayed.

Since I never has these warnings in previous Qimage versions, I wonder whether I should download the 2023.103 again?

Thanks Fred.

I use Marrutt Satin/ Oyster Semi gloss photo paper which at 265 gms I wouldn't consider a heavy paper. I have also had warnings using Epson Premium semi-gloss photopaper.

I am having a number of gamut warnings of late.
I use a calibrated screen, a dedicated photo paper profile and the adobe sRGB profile. My printer is an Epson P600.
Can anybody shed any light on what’s the possible cause of the gamut warnings and how best I can deal with them?

Thanks you both for coming to my aid. I'm now back in business.
I like the new full page editor, it's easy to use when you know how. Thanks again.
