That's great! Watching the news I see a bunch of damage, but not as bad as it could have been. I think the first hurricane saved lives by getting people to take the second more seriously.

Quick update: made it through Milton. We are safe. Home intact. There is some damage but I won't know the extent until the sun comes up. Power is out everywhere.
Hoping others were as lucky. More later. Mike |

Hi Mike, Hope you stay safe with that hurricane coming. I see that it's due to hit Sarasota on Wednesday. Terry It certainly looks a bit drastic, I hope you get through it OK. this side we go over the top with a full gale. Ex Kirk is even missing us, good look to France. Jeff |

I'm not aware of any way to do that. Even if you could tweak the color to get rid of any cast, the driver is going to expect that channel to be available and it will try to use it regardless so you're still going to see banding. I think your only option is to try to clear that clog/problem. Google things to try like window cleaner with amonia on a paper towel, multiple cleanings in a row, etc.

Greetings!
I watched several videos. I was asking at the Luminous light Forum, that I have a Epson 9900. Having trouble with my Light Magenta. I've done all the cleanings. The nozzle pattern moves around a bit. Someone suggested that I could with the proper software, either disable the light Magenta channel, or reduce it. Now I was suggested QImage. I even asked AI and it was sure I could go into settings and color Management and do this. But you know AI. Does anyone know if this is possible, or can suggest an alternative? I have a great client and need to print these images for her. And there is a Major order for me shortly. I'd hate to lose her business. Thanks! Max |

I'll sometimes do a slight sepia or other tint to photos, but if I don't want that, my Canon has several grey inks. I think the driver can be set to use those inks only, for monochrome prints, which should eliminate color casts. Don't know about the Epson but it might be similar. As for Qimage, I just let it do its thing, which it does very well.

You should be able to print using "neutral" from Qimage. Qimage's AI Copilot might be interfering. You can turn off all the options for driver AI by clicking the AI Copilot (robot button) on top of the main UI and then unchecking all the boxes under driver AI so you have full control.
