I can see even from that small screenshot that you have a manual crop on that print (manual crop created by you overrides the auto-crop).  Click on the small round crop icon on the lower right corner of the print on the live view to remove manual cropping that was previously created.

Click the auto crop button and turn it off.  See attached: the auto crop button is turned ON in the attached screenshot.  Just click it and turn it off.

hellos all - So I search out cropping topic and I get 2007, 2009...

The current version - I need to shut off AUTO CROP "TOTALLY"
Is there a way to do that?

Every time Q crops the image, from allot to a little.
I need to import images and they NOT be cropped, not even a little.

Please advise what I am doing wrong?

TY.  regards..dw

I think that I found out how to fix the problem by going into printer properties under the printing and setup tab.  Then correcting the name of the media.  I am still curious as to why this happens.  The only time I have had this problem is when I add a new paper type using the Epson media installer.  I open the media installer from within qimage.

When I choose a media type or use a printer setup file, I sometimes get the wrong profile or media type name.  This has happened before and I came up with the way to fix this problem but I cannot remember how I fixed the problem.  I am using an Epson P900 with EMX and EMY files if that helps. When the error occurs, the media type name is the name just before or just after in the pop up list.

Thanks for adding the unclog button I had suggested.

This makes printer maintenance a whole lot easier for me.

If you saved the job before changing to print-to-file you can.  Or if you printed it before, you can retrieve it from the job log (button at the top of the main window).

When you set up the print-to-file, you probably used a page size that is different from what you were using before.  If you are already set up to print to a printer and you switch to print-to-file, there is a button to the right of the "Resolution" entry that says "Use current printer page size and PPI" and that will create a print-to-file page that matches what you are using so this resizing doesn't happen.
