Worked out the problem. On the Target you must place the "corners" at the bottom of the frame, not at the location similar to the top of the Target. A bit anti-intuitive?
Anyway, it works. I think this program is a tour de force and Mike ought to be recognized for the work he does, at the price he charges.
Yes, it's done that way because Profile Prism can compensate for distortion in the target due to things like lens distortion when profiling a camera. In order to properly compensate for any distortions that make the target a bit "warped" on capture, you have to mark the whole target including the grayscale and not just the top colored patches.
