I have had to temporarily (for the next few weeks) install QU on a laptop with a small screen. Even with the large thumbnails, I am struggling to review.  (my eyesight isn't as good as used to be).  With over 2000 new photos to review, I'd rather not have to go through them one by one in my normal Preview - Add to Queue mode (I don't add them, just rate them).

Any chance we could get an Extra Large thumbs option??

Hi Mel, been a while.
Talk about eyesight as the years go by.
Sometimes, I have trouble with Mike's videos with the thumbnails.
So what I do is click CTRL A. That selects all thumbs, Then I click on the plus sign on any thumb.
Now all of them are in the queue and visible in the main Live View screen.
Then use the little blue arrows to flip through.
Maybe this helps???

Saturday was my birthday.
Yay!!!

Hey Fred - Happy birthday! Mine is next week.

Your solution is pretty much what I'm doing.  What I'd like to do on this laptop is what I typically do on my moderately large screen PC, scroll through the thumbs and find the winners, losers, and maybe-what-ifs.  Screwing around a little with the display settings on the laptop, maybe can make those thumbs a little bigger.  It's only for a few weeks - I'll make it through.

I can see what it looks like with even bigger thumbnails but at that point, they're not really thumbnails anymore.  In a few more years, Fred will be old enough that his odometer is going to roll back to all zeroes.  Wink  He has a unique view of the button icons.  He'll say "I clicked the Santa Claus" icon and I'll have no idea what he's talking about.  Then he tells me that's what it looks like to him.  Cheesy

Addendum to an email I sent you yesterday with attachments showing what I am seeing.

These days we have 4K UHD monitors running very high resolution at 250%.   While I understand the complexities of making changes to s/w that has worked fine for years, I suggest the following design change to the Thumbnail Size 3 position option:

Preferred: Thumbnail selection be a variable with lower and upper limits using a factor determined by operator selected monitor resolution and % selected.

Other: Add more options to the current 3.
