I have been using Qimage, now Ultimate, for years and really enjoy it. I recently got rid of all my photo printers and now plan on only printing with outside printing services. I have been unable to save my creations as JPG files.

When I try to print to file I either get a blank page or only the printing that I have added shows up on a white background. I have tried various configurations and most want to print one print per page instead of all 4 layed out freehand on a 20x16 as I have shown in the attached JPG. I have spent a couple of hours trying various things and have got very frustrated.I have not found any video help for my problem.

Please help!

Ron,

Mike is your best guru but in the meantime, until he surfaces, have you ticked the upper radio button in Step 3 and not the lower one? That is when you choose the Print to File option.

I had to do a collage last  week and I think that was the way I did it.

If I am wrong then slapped wrist for interfering. Mike will get you going.

Ron,
Here's what is likely the cause.
After clicking PRINT, a box opens which asks a few questions.
Inb the lower right quadrant of that box, see screen snap attached, there is a box which contains a check mark labeled, RIP individual prints....
Remove the check mark. I left my white cursor in the screen snap so you can find it. Easy to miss.
The second snap is one that you probably have OK, just showing that the "Don't change Print size is checked"

... and you should have the latest version.

Tony and Fred,

Thanks for your help. I was sure I had tried your suggestions but did it again to check. Same result.

Please see the attache photo. That shows what I get in the  *.jpg file. Just the text non of the photos.

Found it
!!!!!!!!!!

In previous post, I asked if you had latest version.
You are showing in your snap, version .100
Please upgrade to latest version and the problem is no longer there.

You need version .103

Thanks Fred,

I just read the release notes and see you are correct. My subscription expired last month and that was my last permitted download, version 100.

Guess it is time to update the membership Sad
