I've been trying to change my registered Qimage email address for the last six month using the Qimage website. So far no luck. Unfortunately, you cannot get updates without a correct email address. Has anyone else had this problem? Has anyone had success?
It is rare, but occasionally, an email might end up in your spam folder or something like that.
I will try to put your issue in front of him, but he certainly will need your registered name and both old and new email addresses.
