Custom Page settings no longer working - RESOLVED
«

Resolved.
Tried all settings but one. Sorry for wasting your time.
Hello.
v 124 and v125.
Have attempted to set a custom number of images per page (eg 3 rows x 2 columns). The blank page is marked with the appropriate grid.
However when images are added using plus "+" sign the grid is totally ignored.
I use custom number of images per page routinely and so it suddenly not working is quite perplexing.
Have checked various other settings that may influence my custom setting but no effect.
Anyone else experiencing this problem?
Thanks
Peter

Hi Peter,

I can repeat this as you describe.
However, if the placement is set to "Template" it works ok. It seems as though when a custom number of rows & columns is set, the placement setting remains as was instead of changing to Template with the pink dividing lines showing.
I'll get Fred to check this and refer to Mike.

Hello Terry.
I was doubting myself and decided that in the past I had also clicked on "Template".
Thanks for ignoring my "Resolved" declaration and delving further!

Good morning, people.
I confirm that something isn't right.
I can get it to work properly (if you need it before Mike gets to it) by setting, Portrait page, print padlock on, and Optimal spaced....
If you use landscape page orientation, Print padlock off...
That's what happens sometimes when you mess with "if it aint broke..."
I'll tell Mike later...
Thanks Peter....
You too, Mr Millimeter!
