Hi,

I get this message when trying to use Unclog + schedule.
when clicking the OK button the cursor sign is changing to timer and the software is not responding.

Any advice?

Not getting any similar reports so can you give us some more information?  What does your unclog schedule look like?  Maybe you can post a screen shot of the settings before you click OK.

Regards,
Mike

More info:

1. The error pop up even if i try to queue the file or try to print it immediately.
2. Another error pop up- not enough memory. (no need to say- the machine has 32gb ram and much more ssd free space)
3. Manual print placement is "stuck"

Looks like you've set your paper size to 444 x 14994 mm (about a half meter by 15 meters or 17 inches x 49 feet)!  When you do your printer setup in the unclog dialog (setup button), give it a more reasonable page size such as the suggested letter or A4 size and the problem should go away.

Mike to the rescue!

Thank you  Grin

 Cool

You got me though.  Wink  I thought I had trapped all possible error cases but with a page length that long, one of my variables is overflowing before I check it.  I'll have to fix that.
