I feel for you.  I seem to have a similar problem.  Four 5x7 images in Landscape orientation on a 24" roll keeps coming out as portrait with a lot of wasted paper.  Hopefully we'll find a solution.

Yes, I would like to see what you see.
My screen snaps of 130 and 131 are identical... All I did was rotate the page on the screen. The paper in the printer is unaffected...
Did you print or just looking at the print preview?

Everything is wrong..
You have the wrong ppi reading because you changed the size twice in the driver.
No check marks in the Page Layout tab... you have a check in Reduce Enlarge and another in Fit to Page.
Then you use USER DEFINED, but  did you define the page on roll paper or did you select some Arch C size paper which seems to be 18 x 24.


That was your opening line. 24" roll paper.

So you need to set the roll paper size to user defined... and set user defined to 24.02 x 18.00

Then you need to remove all the things you changed in the Page Layout tab making it look like the sample I sent you.

Make sure it says OUTPUT SIZE SAME AS INPUT.
Otherwise you get a pair of shoes with a 12 D size for the left foot and a 9A for the right foot.

You just described me!!
Let's get it organized.
Rule of thumb is that when using Qimage, you set the driver to a set of simple settings and I save them as a Printer setup in Qimage.
I use a printer profile so my driver is set to Color Management OFF!
I set the driver to the paper I am using.... Ultra Luster or Ultra Glossy, Ultra Matte... whatever. (That's two settings.)
Then I set the Quality Options to High Quality. Last is the paper size, sheet or roll.
DONE!
No checkmarks, no Scaling, No Enlarge or fit to page,,,, we are using Qimage, !!   We doan need no "steenkin' badges"  (Remember that movie?)
I save each size and paper type setting as a printer setup, so the next time I want to print an 11 x 14 print on Epson Ultra Luster, I recall the setuo in Qimage, and the driver is all set for me... for that print size and paper size...  For example, I have saved, an 8 x 10 Luster and another for 10 x 8 Luster.
When I recall, everything is ready to print...

In Qimage, you need only tell it what size print you want to make, with or without mat borders, how many on a page, where on the page....

So the follow up question is, when do you use all those settings in the driver? When you use software that needs help like many of these printing programs that come packed in the Cheerios box, along with the camera.

I know nothing about those inks, but hang in there. Must be someone who will pass by that can nswer.
