Well I was hoping that this was my issue. Window 10 I mean. I can't make the GUI re-size or go full screen even if I use the lock button it only works some of the time on restart that is..... Done know if I have an option set incorrectly or what.. I do know I need some help to get full functionality.

Sorry you're having trouble.  Can you give some more info?  What resolution are you running on your monitor?  Do you have more than one monitor and if so, is QU on your main monitor or a secondary?  Also, QU shows the resolution that it sees (provided by Windows) above the thumbnails.  What is the resolution shown above the thumbnails?

You can hold the shift key while starting it and it'll reset everything.  We've tested 4K monitors including dual monitor setups but have no way to test 4 monitors here.  Even 4 monitors shouldn't be a problem as long as Windows is not having a problem with the main screen.  If it won't maximize properly on the main screen, it means Windows is not reporting the correct desktop size for that monitor.  You might also want to be sure you are running the latest video driver because according to your screen shot, the skin for the main window is not even being loaded.  Again, an indication that Windows is reporting invalid device capabilities for the main monitor.

Thank for the answer! I will try what you said when I get home... How do I fix this window issue not reporting the correct desktop size? Do you want me to be like a beta tester for the 4 monitors? I would love to work with you and help this issue get resolved. More and more of us are using multiple monitors.

Thanks!

I'm guessing you have two video cards to run 4 monitors.  The only thing I can suggest is to make sure you have the latest driver for any video card(s), make sure there are no conflicts between the two, and check your Windows (desktop) configuration.  Any software will behave the same way if fed the same input so it sounds to me like you have some inconsistency in the form of an intermittent problem with either the video card(s) or how Windows is treating your desktop space on your 4 monitors.  One thing to keep an eye on is the resolution listed for the monitor above the thumbnails.  See if that changes when you open QU.  Other than that, the only thing I can suggest is to experiment with thing like dragging the main window manually rather than maximizing it.  For example, drag the window to fill out the full screen but stop a few pixels short of maximized on all 4 sides.  See if it holds that.  If so, that might be a way to work around the driver bug or whatever is going on.

Well it is not worked today. OK, I have only one video card - latest drivers on everything in this mach. Like I said I can't drag by the corners to change the size ether. It the GUI just snaps back to the size it was when I opened it. Can I set the listed rez to be the same as my main monitor? Because now that it is not working it is reporting 1920x1200 but the screen is set to 3840x2160....

I did a global search through the code to see if there was anything that could alter what QU displays as the resolution.  It uses the Windows API call SPI_GETWORKAREA to get the desktop work area of the primary monitor.  So for that to return 1920x1200, there has to be something that is fooling Windows into thinking that's the resolution of your primary monitor.  Maybe check your Windows monitor settings to see if there's anything that could cause the primary monitor to change.  See if there are any "scaling" options turned on.  For example, if your video card is Nvidia, check the Nvidia control panel and see if there are any scaling options turned on in the settings.  Something must be setting the resolution to (close to) standard HD under certain conditions.
