Hi, Am I missing something? I would like to print on A3+ 13x18 paper with my Canon Pro300, but the media size drop down menu in Qimage Ultimate v2023.112 only has A3 11.69x16.54 to choose.

That's not Qimage's media size list: it is the driver's list.  If you don't see A3+ then the driver doesn't have that size available under the current settings.  If you open the driver settings using the "Properties" button, you can go into the driver and see why that size is not available.  Sometimes it is due to the media type chosen.  Other times it is another setting such as borderless, the output tray selection, or another selection that is preventing you from selecting that size.  But reviewing the settings in the driver dialog should tell you what the limiting factor(s) is/are.

Regards,
Mike

Also be sure you have downloaded and installed the printer driver from the Canon website.  I'm starting to see more people lately who are just letting Windows install a generic driver and those have very limited capability as they are not the official Canon driver.  Those generic Windows drivers are missing media types, media sizes, and many of the features found in the true Canon driver.
