New with Qimage that I test, I thought I had made correct settings, from the screen display everything looked good.
But the printed result does not match the screen.
The print is only 416 mm for 420 mm.

In attachment I have provided my settings.
What could be the problem.
Thank you in advance for your help.

I can't really tell what we're looking at here.  Your PDF shows little chopped up slivers of fractions of the live view.  Your image seems to have a white border so your arrow and circle essentially point to nothing: I can't see where the true edge of the print is.

Rulers aren't the best way to tell the size of the print.  Hold your mouse over the print on the live view and read what size Qimage is reporting for the print: that is the exact size that is sent to the driver.

Regards,
Mike

Looks like you are using borderless and your print is jammed in the top left corner.  You are probably losing a few millimeters due to paper feed and the fact that the printer cannot load paper with such precision that the top and left edges shown are exactly on the edge of the paper.  Switch to IntelliCenter so that the print is centered on the page to give it a little slack.  No printer is going to be precise enough (in paper loading) to be able to print exactly to the edges.

Mike
