Thanks Mike.

Unfortunately the "Page 0" error I reported for 217 still exits but with a different behaviour.

For example I have a custom A4 layout 1 col and 2 rows. I have four images, the first two load into the queue but do not dispay and the last two load into Page 1. A bit of random clicking on the queue entries finally reveals the first two images on Page 0.

I loaded the images by clicking the respective thumbnail "+".

Regards

Peter

Hello Mike,

I had to uninstall this version and go back to .217 because it freezes at 2%.It was a 33x20 inches print on Canon ipf 8300.Printed fine on .217.

Thanks,
Silviu

Hi Peter,
Unfortunately, the difference in time zones makes it take longer for Mike to get your details...
Yes, with these simple details, I can reproduce the zero page.
.... and he will be able to reproduce it too.
Thanks,
Fred

Hello Silviu,
Could you help out with details please; just like Peter and the zero page, Mike must have details to recreate the scene.

1) "Freezes at 2%"   Explain what that means, please. Is that 2% of the processing time, or has the printer started printing and stopped?
2) Print size 33 x 20 on what size roll, 36" or 24".... or a sheet?
3) What size was the page ? What was the orientation of the page, Placement setting?

Any additional.... a group of images on that print, or one image?
Any detail you add will help.

Hi Fred,

Sorry for being vague.

1) Freezes at 2% of the processing time.
2) 36" roll paper
3) Page size is 36"x39", optimal placement and 0.39" white border around the image

No other image on the page, no templates or mats.Just a single image print.

Thank you !

Those two quotes are confusing to me.
I have a 33 x 20 print on a 36 x 39 page.  (Why would I make the page so large compared to the print size?)   OK you like a nice wide surrounding area, but then why a .39 inch "white" border?
You wont even see that. (White on white)
Are you sure there's no typo? 33 x 20???

See my screen snap.... Notice the printable area numbers above the image.... are yours the same?
I am missing some information , no?

This is exactly right, the only difference is Optimal placement and no Optimal/spaced.The idea is that is doesn't matter what the page size it is (mine is at 1 meter by default) because the printer will cut the paper just bellow marked corners. No need to "Remove White Space at Bottom of Page".
