Every time I go to print it ends up spitting 3 or 4 copies out .I noticed it defaults to print 1 to 3 in the dialogue , why does it do this and how do I stop it from defaulting to that setting ? I tried making it 1 to 1 but when you leave and re open sure enough it is back to 1 to 3

What is "the dialog"?  There are several places "Copies" can appear.  Could you post a screenshot showing where you are seeing 3 in copies?
