I just purchased and installed qu18-110 yesterday and used it a few times.
After I started up this morning everything is running really slow and I get "C:\ProgramData\ddisoftware\Qimage\redo.ses could not be saved. Write access denied."

This happens when I try to delete a photo that is erroneously showing up on the print layout. I am using Window 10 with all the latest update. No anti-virus except Windows Defender.

It worked OK yesterday. Any idea what might have happened?

Just tried to exit Qimage and I am getting "List index out of bounds (3)", "I/O error 123", and  "C:\ProgramData\ddisoftware\Qimage\rLog\{Q} Last Exit.jss could not be saved. Write access denied."

I could not quit the program and had to kill it using task manager.

Hi there,
Please try re-installing with any anti virus software temporarily disabled and let us know how you got on.
There's no need to un-install.

Thanks for the reply.

I guess Windows Defender is considered anti-virus.

I turned it off. Did a reinstall and using "run as administrator" to do it.

I also set the shortcut to start Qimage to "run as adminstrator"

We'll see what happens.

I know this is an old thread, but I came here looking for a solution for the "qimage\redo.ses could not be saved" issue.  As suggested above I turned of my TrendMicro, uninstalled Qimage Ultimate and reinstalled "as administrator".  That that solved my problem.  I no longer get the error message.  Hope this helps some one in the future.
