I am trying to print a 17x40 print that I processed on Capture One 23 on a roll paper on Epson Surecolor P800 from Qimage one. I keep on getting a filter failed error and I tried several times. I am attaching a screen print.

Any help will be much appreciated.
Thank you.

I don't see anything saying "filter failed".  Where are you seeing that?  And just as important: when are you seeing that message?

You're on a Mac so I did find this:

When I hit the print button, nothing happens for a while, and then the message appears. I have seen it before, but just not sure how I got past it. I fiddled with the settings at the time. The error message is attached. Thanks for the Mac link - I will try those.

Thanks Mike, this was helpful.

I ended up deleting all files relating to Epson, reinstalling the epson software, and re-installing the printer.
Now it works!

You're on a Mac so I did find this:
