Need help to receive camera profile

If anyone reads this that can help I would appreciate it. I purchased a camera profile on Mar 27 and did not receive an attachment with the file. Sent Mike a request for another one to mchaney@ddisoftware.com on Mar 31 and have not had a reply. I paid for the profile which I would like to use. Thanks!

Don,
Just check that your e-mail provider is not blocking items from Mike and treating them as spam. Have you access to a "spam" folder on the mail server, if so check there. It's often happened in the past Sad

I emailed you the profile twice and also a simple text message the second time telling you I resent it. Something is obviously wrong with your email. Please email me at mchaney@ddisoftware.com and give me an alternate email address.

Thanks, Mike! Finally received the file using the alternate address. Have not found any reason that your address would be filtered with my primary. Still checking! :-\
