I've been a long-time user of QImage Pro, and haven't had any issues with it on my present system (Win7 with an Epson 7880) until recently.  About a month ago, I could not make a print at the size that I had specified in the program.  The preview would look correct, but it would print at completely the wrong size.  I think that the aspect ratio wouldn't even stay the same as the original.  For example, I'm printing an image at 20 x 30" on 24" canvas, with a 1.25" border.  I specify the media size in the driver as 24 x 34", and even had the driver generate a print preview before printing, which looks correct, but the print comes out tiny, only about half the size I specified.  I'm burning through a ton of canvas, paper, ink, and time, but still unable to make a print Angry  Any suggestions?

Usually, we find the problem to be on this driver screen.
See attached.
Assuming (because you didn't say otherwise), the print is small size, but nothing missing.
It should look very similar to the screen snap.

If you think the aspect ratio is off, check the crop scissors button.

Fred, thank you so much for your quick and helpful reply!  As you had indicated, the 'reduce/enlarge' box in the driver had become checked somehow, with 'fit to page' option selected.  I've cleared that and am making my first print now.  It seems to be coming out correctly.  Thanks again!
