I hope I'm posting in the right place (first post). I have used the trial and I like what I was able to do. I was trying to resurrect my R2400 but I'm afraid it's dead. I have now purchased the Epson WF-7610 which makes a nice print for a 4 ink printer. I want more control over the color quality and want to use Qimage but since my trial is over I can't find out if Qimage supports the WF-7600 I need someone to check and see if it's in the list. Thanks!

Good morning and welcome to the Qimage forum.
I will try to answer your question in 2 ways.
Any printer that has a driver for windows, / is supported by windows will be visible to Qimage.

I recently bought (a week ago) a Work Force 3620.. a less expensive version of what you bought.
Our awful HP clunker that my wife used to print was living up to it's name.
The Epson WF replaces it.
Works like a champ from Windows and of course Qimage.

Hope this helps...  Hurry and get your real Qimage Ultimate before they are all sold out.  Grin Grin Grin Grin
Feel free to post here anytime and often.

OK Fred I installed Qimage and I need a little help. The WF7600 printer is in the printer setup did that no problem. Under Job Properties Prtr ICC only my R2400 profiles are listed. So am I missing something or should the WF7600 profiles also be listed if so what am I not doing.

OK Glad that is working for you.
As for listed Printer profiles, I just checked Epson and your printer, and I do not see any printer profiles mentioned or offered.
I did a search for printer profile WF 7600, and nothing.

You can do a manual search on your computer for your profiles, if any, by either searching the folder  C:\windows\system32\spool\drivers\color
or click the prtr icc blue ball and click the button in the screen snap 137

Assuming for the moment that there are no canned profiles from Epson, there are two ways to go.
Click the button shown in 138 screen snap. Qimage will apply a wide gamut rgb colorspace to the print output.
All you should do is open the printer driver and click properties,  find the color correction dialogue box and dot ICM. See 139
That combination should make awesome prints for you.

If you feel that you want profiles, you might have to purchase a program like Profile Prism and make them yourself, or go on line and avail yourself of printer profile making companies who will make them for you.

Hope this helps.

Thanks Fred. I knew the WF7610 profiles were in the system because they are listed in the print setup but I didn't know where to look. The only one in the Qimage list that is also in the win sys32 spool driver color is (Epson lj Printer 07 .icc) (2007/01/15). There is one file under win/sys32 that might be helpful it's wf7610_r. There are others listed but they are very small like 4KB. So I will do some research and maybe call Epson I'll let you know what I find out.
