I've added the ability to specify any size mirror edges for canvas mounting.
http://www.ddisoftware.com/qimage/reg/q10-102a.exeJust download with your usual Qimage username and password (the download password, not your unlock code).
Note this is a Studio Edition feature. To do canvas mirror edges, make sure cropping (scissors icon) is on first, then:
(1) Select the size of your canvas as you normally would, not counting the wrap.
(2) Click on the color patch to the left of border 1 and select "Canvas Edge (Mirror)".
(3) In border 1's size, enter the size you want for the mirror edge (.5 inch, 1 inch, whatever).
(4) Make sure "B+" border is selected.
(5) Add an image to the queue.
The photo will show up at the size specified in (1). A cross hatch pattern will show where the mirror edge will appear around the photo. The actual mirror edge will print at print time. The crosshatch pattern helps you frame things visually since it is often difficult to tell where the edge meets and the mirror starts. If you want to give this a test run, you can measure out the size of something like a CD case (about 5.57 x 4.88 inches) and use that as your size. I did that, using .5 inch as the mirror edge and it came out perfect and looked nice when I wrapped it around the edges of the CD case. I just printed on plain paper so as not to waste canvas.
Thanks for any feedback.
