GDI32 errors generally come from one of three places since this error comes from either Windows or a graphics driver:
- Video driver: Be sure to download the latest driver directly from the manufacturer (AMD, Nvidia, etc.). If you already have the latest driver, try going back one version.
- Printer driver: Same advice as video driver but for your printer.
- Windows: A corrupt or misconfigured Windows OS could cause issues. Other than reinstalling Windows, not much you can do.
You might be able to find assistance by googling terms like mac, parallels, and the model video/printer driver such as: mac, parallels, GTX 760. Sometimes Macs have issues running certain drivers in Windows mode whereas PC's won't and googling those terms may lead to the answer.
