The issue for me is that I dont see that blue floating point option?

Cant seem to find adding a floating text where is this located, I have a white border around the image and want to place a name of the print?

Recently moved to a 4K monitor and while the vast majority of the screen looks fine, the top right of the screen where the x is to close the screen is so small it is unusable. I want to view my photos in 4K in Qimage but dont want to adjust the scaling as that would defeat the purpose. I have attached a pic to show you.

Hi do you know if the canon accounting manager works with Qimage, I see that when I do a print it uses *** as the cost whether if I use the Canon Print Layout I get the actual cost of ink and paper? See attached

I could place it on then take it off just wondered if there was a way around this but Mike says not to include any borders so I will have to lay the law down and tell clients not to send photo with borders. Thx All

Yes viewing on the qimage screen

I see the setting to change the background color but is there a way to have the background a light grey to view images that have a white border around them without the printer printing the grey background. Sometime I get an image that has a white border but dont see it until I put in the crop marks or click on the image to see the edges of the image. If this makes any sense?

I dont see an option for 5x7 how do I crop an image down to this size?

Ok the issue is the jpg, I took the image and exported it as a png and loaded it into qimage and no line. So the jpg out of Affinity photo with that checker board pattern is the issue. Is there a reason though I can't get an 8x10 regardless of the media size, I surmise the image and the aspect ratio is the problem?

Here is what I get a 5.69x10

I cropped it in Affinity Photo and see image I attached earlier it added space all around the checker board type stuff then I opened it up in qimage and the line appeared. Perhaps its this checker board thing that causes it? When I select 8x10 all I get is 5.69x10. I did not add any space or border of any kind.

The white area is there from the crop as the image is too tight to create an 8x10 so the best I can do is make the image smaller to fit all the people in then that leaves all that white space around the image which is ok but then this line shows on screen in qimage?

This line is no where near the crop marks
