Why is qimage showing a little black line on the screen?

Sorted it out, my fault...

Took a RAW Image in Capture One then exported it as a jpg but then open it and this is what I get in Qimage?

The jpg opens fine in Capture One, Win 11 and Affinity Photo?

canon 2100 and intelli center

I  have 3 custom size images and all are within the 24" roll I have. I just want to drop these 3 custom sizes onto the roll but keeps adding pages with one on each?

Message comes up something about automatic placement mode to use Auto Roll Length?

I use Capture One for my workflow. I received some photos in JPG from someone who embedded the sRGB color space. I have 2 EIZO monitors both calibrated and the same model and settings. I use these monitors with Capture One. The first monitor shows it reddish while the second monitor shows it properly. In Qimage you also show it properly but on my Canon P2100 large format printer it prints out reddish like the srgb_mon1.jpg file

Ok thanks, I like the squared off look of the thumbnails!

The directory above scroll works fine you can place your pointer on it and drag shouldn't the thumbnail scroll work the same way, where you grab it and it scrolls, this is very odd behaviour? I think to keep it consistent it should work the same as the directory.

The scroll does not seem to be working, I grab it to pull the page down but it does nothing? Win 11 your version 121 see photo grab

There is a profile for my Canon camera it is Adobe 1998 so I could edit the image then export it as Adobe 1998 then select the Ilford icc profile in Qimage and print, however if I want to edit the image in the Capture One and use soft proofing using the Ilford icc color space what do I export it as, this is soooo confusing....

Hi, my workflow involves Capture One 22 and Qimage Ultimate.

1. I start off opening the raw image and them placing that image into the color space I will be using to edit. For example I will use the Ilford Satin Paper Profile.
2. Then after this soft proofing step I export this image into a tiff file using the Ilford Satin icc profile.
3. I always export my files into a folder I use for prints and then bring them up in Qimage to display them.
4 Do I still want to select the Ilford Satin profile within Qimage before I print, or does this cause any issues.

Not sure what the best workflow would be here?

One more question perhaps I dont understand this but now that I have the 3rd party media type on the printer display and showing in the canon driver, when I  start Qimage  I select the 3rd party media type however it appears that I still need to set the icc profile for that media type, as I understand it the am1x file contains all details including the icc profile?

I am correct that when I select the 3rd party media type in qimage that the icc profile should automatically appear and I should not have to go get it?

Its ok I figured it out I had to update the media information file in the driver too using Canons process

Hi Mike I have a Canon P2100 and for example Canson Papers have this .am1x file which I loaded into the printer and it shows up under custom papers which is good. Should I be seeing this on Qimage as well under Media Type?
